Refund policy

1. Eligibility
To return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of your purchase date. Please contact us through our social media channels or by email at monteromilanoclothing@gmail.com to start your return. Items marked as final sale or not eligible for return cannot be refunded.

2. How to return
If you want to return a order, you can email monteromilanoclothing@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the steps. Make sure your item is packed securely to avoid damage during shipping.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item arrives safely back to us.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive your item and confirm it meets our return conditions (we may ask for a photo of the item), we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take extra time to post the refund.

5. Exceptions

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • If you want to cancel an order that has not been delivered yet, you will need to wait until you receive it and then send it back to us.
  • If you refuse your package at delivery or do not collect it from a pick-up point, we will not refund it automatically. For uncollected packages returned to us, we will deduct €10 for administration costs.
    If you change your mind about your order, please collect your package first and then return it to us. This way, it is not processed as “not picked up.”
